Ok heres my idea.
The council of 5 is set to help with decisions for the guild etc.
Each week normal members of the guild can challenge the present council members in a 1v1 duel with specific rules set by the council.
The challenge has to be overseen by the guild master.
If the council loses they immediately lose there seat and cannot gain it back for a week.
